Shipment & Delivery

NO TAX, Easy Clearance Way:

1. UK Express Way ( No Tax)
This is only used for customers from UK, for products within 30KG
Usually it would take about 6-9 working days arrival

2. Germany Express Way ( No Tax)
This is only used for customers from Germany, for Products weight within 30KG
Usually it would take about 8-12 working days arrival

3. UK Local Post way ( No Tax) 
This is the normal post way used for UK and Ireland Customers, package within 2kg
Usually will arrival within 5-9 Working days

4. Normal Post way ( No Tax)
Including Payal Post, Netherlands Post, China Post, USPS Post, Singapore Post, Hongkong Post, shipping within 2kg
Used for most countries, Usually will arrival within 7-15 working days, sometimes will take about 7-28 working days arrival

5. Yanwen Express way ( No Tax)
Used for country not easy clearance, such as Germany, France, Portugal, Spain, Austria, use this way will no tax

Fast Express Way:

1. DHL (2-4 working days arrival ) Used for almost all countries in the world
We would declare lower price on the invoice help you clearance to reduce tax

UK customers: Declare 27 USD,will have 3-4 GBP for tax
                        Declare 30-66 USD will have 15-20 GBP for tax
                        Declare 70-100 USD will have 20-35 GBP for tax

Italy Customers: Declare 21 USD, No tax

Netherlands customers: Declare 22 USD, No Tax

Poland Customers:  Declare 21 USD, mark " Freight as gift " No Tax

USA Customers:  Declare under 200 USD, No tax

Germany Customers: Custom very strictly, not recommend ship by DHL, if customers wanna ship by DHL, need confirm can finish clearance by yourself

Customers from other countries such as Irelands Norway usually we would declare 20-22 USD on the invoice help clearance, sometimes declare depend on the package weight help you clearance.

2. EMS (7-15 working days arrival)
Customers from Brazil , Greece, Russia package would ship by EMS there's no tax

3. UPS (2-4 working days)
If customers have request, we can use UPS ship to you


Return Policy
1. In which situation we accept the return
We promise to obey the return policy when the item has the problem bellow, but you must sent back the item after we knowing your problem and what you want us to do.
1) The product have quality problem. It can not work once you receive it or it encounter crash in delivery causing you can not use it. 
This situation you can send back the package back to us for free replacement or refund

Replacement: Customer send back the package with the cheapest normal post way(seller can help paid the freight), after tell us the tracking number, we would arrange a new package delivery to you

Refund: Customer send back the package by the cheapest normal post way(buyer paid the freight), after package reached to us, we would totally refund to you.

If you found order wrong item, please contact us at the firstly time to cancel the order, we would not arrange shipment.
If already ship out can not recall back package,after package arrival and you wanna return for refund ( not quality problem), need send back to us with the cheapest normal post way and paid the freight, due to not the quality problem , we would not refund the shipping freight.
2) in some particular situation, our return policy can be open for you after our customer service learning your particular problem, and in this condition we will charge you 10% handling fee.
3) you order a wrong item and negotiate with our customer service to exchange for a right product, this exchange policy is also for you.

4) If we miss-shipped the items, we will be responsible for an item exchange and any shipping fees. If you choose this, you can also return the product and get a full refund plus the shipping and handling fee, but you must make sure to sent it back through ordinary airmail.

2. In which situation we do not accept the return

If the item is damaged by yourself, we can not provide exchange service for you. But you can return for repair
3. Return for exchange item
When exchange for free: If your products encounter crash in delivery, we will exchange it for free for you and undertake the shipping cost for you ship item back to us through simple airmail.
Mis-ordered products: If you order a wrong item and plan to exchange for you want, then just contact our customer service for help,if we can exchange for you, you need to pay the shipping cost to us as well as return to you.
Physical Damaged Items: If the item is damaged by yourself, we can not provide exchange service for you. But you can return for repair.
What you do before returning for replacement: you need contact our customer service to tell us your problem. What's wrong with your item and what you want us to do for you.
Returning shipping options: after confirming your items is under our policy of returning, we please you use simple airmail to ship item back to us. NO DHL, UPS, TNT, Fedex or any other express.
How we will do after receiving your return: you need keep touch with us to make sure we get it. After checking the item, we will arrange a replacement for you and we will inform you when everything is done. Please remember to check your email from time to time.
Notice for shipping options: When you confirm to return the items to us, please use ordinary airmail or EMS to return it, and write ship to the address our customer service provides. Please do not use DHL, UPS, FEDEX and TNT or any other courier, because we can not get your return item, we will not responsible for that.
