Shipment & Delivery

1. No TAX NO VAT :

1) UK warehouse shipping (2-4 working days)
Only Item title marked " UK Ship or Ship from UK " will be shipped from UK warehouse!

UK warehouse only ship to UK Local Customers

2) EU warehouse shipping  (5-7 working days)
Product title marked " EU ship or Ship from EU ” will be shipped from EU warehouse!
EU warehouse ship to countries belong to EU,  if not belong to EU, need to clearance.

3) Yanwen Express ( No Tax)
Yanwen will take about 7-14 working days arrival, we have applied IOSS and bind with Yanwen account
For yanwen the tax and vat we already paid, so when package reached, there's no tax, no extra fee for the customer.

3) Royal Post/Yodel/Germany Local DHL ( No Tax)
Royal Post and Yodel: only for UK customers  4-7 days arrive, seller paid tax, there is no tax no extra fee for customers
Germany Local DHL: Only for Germany customers, around 6-9 days arrive, seller paid tax, there is no tax no extra fee for customers

2. A fast way for DHL/UPS/FeDex shipping ( 3-5 days arrival ) From Shenzhen/Hongkong warehouse

If customer need tool urgently and fastest we will use DHL shipping
to help clearance, we will declare a lower price on the invoice to reduce tax.

Return Policy
 
1. In which situation we accept the return
 
We promise to obey the return policy when the item has the problem bellow, but you must send back the item after we knowing your problem and what you want us to do.
 
1) The product has a quality problem. It can not work once you receive it or it encounters crash in delivery causing you can not use it.
This situation you can send back the package back to us for free replacement or refund

Replacement: Customer send back the package with the cheapest normal post way(seller can help pay the freight) after telling us the tracking number, we would arrange a new package delivery to you

Refund: Customer send back the package by the cheapest normal post way(buyer paid the freight) after package reached to us, we would totally refund to you.

If you found order wrong item, please contact us at the first time to cancel the order, we would not arrange shipment.
If already ship out cannot recall back package, after package arrival and you wanna return for refund ( not quality problem), need to send back to us with the cheapest normal post way and paid the freight, due to not the quality problem, we would not refund the shipping freight.
 
2) in some particular situation, our return policy can be open for you after our customer service learning your particular problem, and in this condition, we will charge you a 10% handling fee.
 
3) you order a wrong item and negotiate with our customer service to exchange for the right product, this exchange policy is also for you.
you need to pay the shipping cost to us as well as return to you
 
4) If we miss-shipped the items, we will be responsible for an item exchange and any shipping fees. If you choose this, you can also return the product and get a full refund plus the shipping and handling fee, but you must make sure to send it back through ordinary airmail.

Please check detail before you purchase on OBD2shop.co.uk. If you have any doubt, please check with our customer service, you can get our customers' service information from our website.
If the item is damaged by yourself, we can not provide an exchange service for you. But you can return for repair
 
3. Return for the exchange item
 
When exchange for free: If your products encounter crash in delivery, we will exchange it for free for you and undertake the shipping cost for you ship item back to us through simple airmail.
 
Mis-ordered products: If you order a wrong item and plan to exchange for you want, then just contact our customer service for help, if we can exchange for you, you need to pay the shipping cost to us as well as return to you.
 
Physical Damaged Items: If the item is damaged by yourself, we can not provide an exchange service for you. But you can return for repair.
 
What you do before returning for replacement: you need to contact our customer service to tell us your problem. What's wrong with your item and what you want us to do for you.
Returning shipping options: after confirming your items is under our policy of returning, we please you use simple airmail to ship the item back to us. NO DHL, UPS, TNT, Fedex or any other express.
