1) Fatory engineer reply it can support the PCM Recodnfig function
2) VCM2 and the VCX vxdiag have the same function
there difference is :
This device SP239 is much more cheaper
VCM2 is copied from original version
Vxdiag is the original version made in China

1) Yes, the Vxdiag vcx nano can support the latest V2015 vehicles but can only some of them, not all of them
2) it can also support online function like programming , it can also do keys ( but need you know how to operation and know the basic technology)

In such hot season,please remember drink more water,and also need take care of yourself, if wanna go out , need prepare the heatstroke prevention. At night for sleep, if open the air conditioner , need tuck in the quilt,in case of a cold

which difference between this one and SP177 vcm2 for ford?

Both of them has the same funtion, their difference is :
this device SP239 vxiag vcx nano for ford/mazda the hardware is made in China by ourself
device SP177 is facory hardware and we made it( means the sp177 not original version)
And also SP239 now can support V96 version if you have
