Our UK warehouse mainly ship to the following country:
A: UK local address 2-4 working days, other European country 5-10 working days arrival depend on the place. Italy address is remote area it will take around 15 working days arrival.

C: We will pay freight ship to customer from UK warehouse,

Yanwen will take about 5-10 working days arrival, before shipping we will pay tax, so when package reached, there's no tax no extra fee for customer.

Including Netherlands Post, China Post, USPS Post, Singapore Post, Hongkong Post, shipping within 2kg
Used for most countries in the world,Usually will arrival within 7-15 working days, sometimes will take about 7-28 working days arrival depend on place.

1. In which situation we accept the return
We promise to obey the return policy when the item has the problem bellow, but you must sent back the item after we knowing your problem and what you want us to do.
1) The product have quality problem. It can not work once you receive it or it encounter crash in delivery causing you can not use it.
This situation you can send back the package back to us for free replacement or refund
Replacement: Customer send back the package with the cheapest normal post way(seller can help paid the freight), after tell us the tracking number, we would arrange a new package delivery to you
Refund: Customer send back the package by the cheapest normal post way(buyer paid the freight), after package reached to us, we would totally refund to you.
If you found order wrong item, please contact us at the firstly time to cancel the order, we would not arrange shipment.
If already ship out can not recall back package,after package arrival and you wanna return for refund ( not quality problem), need send back to us with the cheapest normal post way and paid the freight, due to not the quality problem , we would not refund the shipping freight.
2) in some particular situation, our return policy can be open for you after our customer service learning your particular problem, and in this condition we will charge you 10% handling fee.
3) you order a wrong item and negotiate with our customer service to exchange for a right product, this exchange policy is also for you.

If the item is damaged by yourself, we can not provide exchange service for you. But you can return for repair
3. Return for exchange item
When exchange for free: If your products encounter crash in delivery, we will exchange it for free for you and undertake the shipping cost for you ship item back to us through simple airmail.
Mis-ordered products: If you order a wrong item and plan to exchange for you want, then just contact our customer service for help,if we can exchange for you, you need to pay the shipping cost to us as well as return to you.
Physical Damaged Items: If the item is damaged by yourself, we can not provide exchange service for you. But you can return for repair.
What you do before returning for replacement: you need contact our customer service to tell us your problem. What's wrong with your item and what you want us to do for you.
Returning shipping options: after confirming your items is under our policy of returning, we please you use simple airmail to ship item back to us. NO DHL, UPS, TNT, Fedex or any other express.
