you can get B48 DME license (SK247-F3S) and MSV90 ISN Read via OBD Software License (SK247-6S) Free.

To read B48 ISN from DME, you need MINI ACDP Host (SK247) too.

How to read the B48 DME ISN:

1. Connecting the ACDP device with the vehicle OBD-II port.

2. Preparing ACDP, B48 DME, FEM/BDC module, B48 interface board, FEM/BDC interface board, OBP+ICP adapter, and corresponding wires/cables.

3. Connecting the FEM/BDC module with FEM/BDC interface board, and connect the 12V power supply.

4. Connecting the B48 DME with B48 interface board and the corresponding wires.

5. Connecting ACDP, B48 DME, FEM/BDC module, B48 interface board, FEM/BDC interface board, and OBP+ICP adapter together with the cables.

6. After connected, open the ACDP app, select "BMW"-> "DEM ISN"-> " OBD read B48 DEM ISN" -> "Read ISN"
