I am after a scanner to do online coding for reprograming used control units to cars like mercedes audi seat vauxhal peugot citoen renault toyota volvo.
Also Adblue off parameters change for special vehicles like police or ambulance
Please advise what is the best scanner.

X431 PAD VII Elite is a great top of the line scanner for what it costs. I use a bunch of different scanners, and this is my new go-to. The box is big and heavy, and the scanner itself is pretty big. Will recommend this to anyone looking for a high end scanner.

The Launch X431 PAD 7 scanner is much more responsive than I anticipated. Great tool, good diagnostic capabilities, good for the average workshop/ garage. Health check is quick and accurate, and you are able to email to your customers.
