Now this is the second cutting machine I have purchased from this company. The first machine was the xc002 pro. When I started that one up for the first time, it started smoking and cut out within seconds. All the bolts that tension the belts were loose.

I bought this key cutter and the screen was hanging off so I got in touch and the offered £30 off and said to use some double sided tape to secure. Since then the left hand side of the touch screen doesn’t work.

I’ve purchased tons of other equipment and it’s all been great but every cutter has been faulty

Used Xhorse Dolphin XP005L to cut Lexus keys. When I was using the M5 clamp, on the Bside, whenever Itightened the clamp,the key lifted out of the clamp. I put the key in between those four raised areas, and I noticed these raised areas on the clamp too. I was not sure what caused it, or if it would cause this condition.

Finally, seller replaced my Xhorse M5 clamp and everything worked as it should. One of my first Lexus keys flew out of the clamp when I was cutting it and doing Lexus keys was a struggle after that.

If you have the same problem, my advice is to take your time, double, and triple check your blank is V at and straight before securing the clamp
