Does it have to be an OEM or used OEM key, or can a third-party key be used (for example, KD)? Also, can the OEM key ID be changed?

Must be an Original key or a used Original key; third-party remote keys are not supported.
The original key ID can be changed.

Module 44 Used for Clone Keys? Does it support Škoda Octavia 2024 ?

Module 44 not for Clone Keys but for Adding Keys，Key programming, requires a final learning step via OBD; this process only reads the immobilizer data from a working key.
