How to solve Xhorse Dolphin XP-005 “Error Code: 2 Probe Not Detected”

Xhorse Dolphin XP005 could not decode the original key when I selected the HU100 option.
The machine stopped and gave the prompt: “Error code: 2, probe not detected. Please do the following steps:
1. Check the clamp position is correct;
2. Check the key insert properly, no chips”
Xhorse engineers checked and provide the solution
The image provided shows that the key is clamped in the wrong groove. Remove the key up to the 1st step as a diagram, and the problem can be solved.
