KESS3 New Subscription Policy (Effective March 27)
Starting from March 27, KESS3 subscriptions will adopt a new unified model.
All subscriptions will be standardized to 12 months, with only the following three types:
1. Pricing Structure (MASTER / SLAVE)
MASTER
Early Renewal → €990
Renewal → €1,190
Reactivation (after more than 12 months expired) → €1,390
SLAVE
Early Renewal → €490
Renewal → €590
Reactivation (after more than 12 months expired) → €690
👉 No other subscription types will be available. All cases fall into one of the above categories.
2. Operational Logic
1. Early Renewal
The customer renews before the current subscription expires.
The new 12-month period starts from the original expiry date, with no loss of usage time.
This is the lowest-priced option.
2. Renewal
The subscription has expired but for less than 12 months.
The new period starts from the actual renewal date.
Any gap between expiry and renewal is automatically aligned by the system, with no additional charges.
3. Reactivation
The subscription has been expired for more than 12 months.
The new period starts from the reactivation date.
This is the highest-priced option (to encourage continuous subscription).
