Software will not run on a machine with any vm installed, or vm environment enabled
Same Internet connection is being used as sw was installed (wireless/ethernet) important... If you installed via Ethernet and now using wireless sw will not work
BMW (and Toyota, for the Supra A90 owners) F/G series may have their ECU's locked from the factory or via updates which prevents them being tuned via the OBD port.
Many of these cars are tuned Via OBD with Software like Bootmod3 or MHD.

You can also open an MG1 eprom, and the App will attempt to decipher the ISN numbers for the DME and EGS.
The function will provide hex addresses to Check in a hex editor to confirm these are correct.
