Requirement:

It is recommended to require end customers to provide an on-site video when providing code calculation services, in order to verify whether it is truly a all keys lost situation. 

Take a video containing:

1). The instrument cluster (the cluster must not be illuminated).

2). Film the center console (the center console should indicate it is not in an active/operational state), which is typical of a total key loss scenario.

3). The OBD port should only have Lonsdor K518 series device connected, with no additional data collection equipment attached.

Then provide the rolling code to us (as shown in picture below), pay for the calculation service. Then you will get the pin code.
