1: Please install Teamviwer remote control software on your computer
2: Connect the device host USB cable to the computer
3: Insert the USB KEY that comes with the device into the computer
4: Maintain a good working network
5: Turn on your teamviwer device and send the remote control ID and password to your sales, or send an email to info@padflashr.uk
6: Remote technology is online to assist you with installation online.

Answer: No one tuner can use one tool cover all protocols, for example, even though you have tool which include pcr2.1,but you cant read it in real test, but another tool also have pcr2.1, you will get it works on others tool ,that’s why we need a lot tools.
