Q7: Is there an annual subscription fee? What happens if I don't renew?
A: The VP360 comes with 12 months of free software updates from the date of purchase, so you can enjoy the latest features and vehicle coverage at no extra cost during your first year. After the initial free period, an optional annual subscription is available at $100 per year to continue receiving new software updates and expanded vehicle model support. If you choose not to renew, all existing features will continue to work normally and your device will not be restricted in any way. The only difference is that you will not receive future software updates until the subscription is renewed.
