Q:transferring immo data from 1 instrument cluster to another. Remember the new cluster won’t have a working key so that will be harder, does Module 44 support ?

Clone cluster need to use Module 33 or Module 34
Module 44 do not support Clone Cluster

The PCF key is only used to identify the key ID, and it is not necessary to read the original vehicle key ID.
